We are committed to providing high-quality products and services and ask that customers provide us with a reasonable opportunity to review and address any concerns. Our goal is to resolve order-related issues promptly, professionally, and fairly whenever possible.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or financial institution, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly regarding your concern so that we have an opportunity to review the matter and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Customers who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with Bizzy Bees Designs may be prohibited from placing future orders.

If a customer is restricted from future purchases due to a chargeback or payment dispute, any subsequent orders placed with Bizzy Bees Designs may be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our applicable policies.
