Designs & Approvals Policy

Designs & Approvals

Design mockups and proofs are provided for applicable orders to allow customers to review and approve their designs before production.

Minor revisions are included at no additional charge and may include:

  • Font changes
  • Color adjustments
  • Correction of spelling errors
  • Photo replacements

Requests that significantly change the original design direction, such as a theme or concept change, are considered major revisions and will be subject to a $20 redesign fee.

Customer Approval Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the entire design proof before providing final approval. This includes verifying all spelling, names, dates, wording, photos, colors, and other design details.

Once a design has been approved and printing, production, or assembly has begun, additional changes cannot be made without an additional fee. Any applicable fee will be determined based on the product, service, and extent of the requested changes.

Design proofs should be reviewed and approved within 48 hours of receipt. If approval or revision requests are not received within this timeframe, the design may be sent to print as presented when necessary to avoid delays and make every reasonable effort to meet the customer's specified "Need By" date.

Mockups, Proofs & Design Ownership

All mockups, proofs, and design previews provided before final approval are for review and approval purposes only. They may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, altered, or shared on social media without permission from Bizzy Bees Designs.

All preliminary concepts, drafts, mockups, and unapproved designs remain the property of Bizzy Bees Designs.

Color Disclaimer

Please be advised that colors displayed on digital mockups and design previews may vary slightly depending on screen settings, device displays, printing methods, materials, and other production factors.

While Bizzy Bees Designs makes every reasonable effort to achieve accurate and consistent colors, an exact color match between digital previews and the final printed product cannot be guaranteed. Minor color variations are not considered printing or production defects.
