Special Request Policy

Special Requests

Any product, design, or service that is not currently listed on our shop pages is considered a Special Request.

To inquire about a Special Request, please email thebizzybeesdesigns@gmail.com with a detailed description of the product or service you are requesting. Providing as much information as possible will allow us to accurately review your request and determine availability.

All Special Requests are subject to approval and availability. If your request is accepted, you will receive a customized price quote via email outlining the cost of the requested product or service.

Approved Special Request orders must be paid in full before any design, production, or other work begins. All payments for Special Request orders must be completed through an official invoice provided by Bizzy Bees Designs.

Please note that receiving a quote does not secure your order or begin the turnaround period. Your order will be considered confirmed, and the applicable turnaround time will begin, only after full payment has been received.
