Turnaround-Rush Orders Policy
Turnaround Time & Rush Orders
To ensure adequate time for designing, production, and fulfillment, customers are encouraged to place orders within the following recommended timeframes:
- Custom Favor Orders: At least 2–3 weeks in advance
- Digital Design Orders: At least 7–10 business days in advance
Orders requested outside of the standard turnaround timeframe may be considered a rush order and will be subject to a mandatory rush fee.
Rush Order Approval
All rush orders are subject to availability and must be approved by Bizzy Bees Designs via email before the order can be accepted as a rush order. Applicable rush fees must be paid through an invoice before expedited processing will begin.
Payment of a rush fee expedites the processing and production of your order but does not guarantee or control carrier delivery times.
Rush Shipping vs. Rush Processing
Please note that selecting an expedited or rush shipping option at checkout does not expedite the processing or production time of your order. Expedited shipping applies only to the carrier's shipping timeframe after the completed order has been shipped.
If you require your order sooner than our standard turnaround time, you must contact Bizzy Bees Designs via email to request rush processing and receive approval before placing or finalizing your order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing turnaround times and placing orders early enough to accommodate both processing and shipping time.
